Tag Blacklist doesn't actually blacklist tags that appear via searching

For example, if you blacklist loli, you can no longer search loli. But if you search holo with .yande (Holo is considered loli to yande.re, because yande.re is gay, and believes holo is loli and therefore nearly every post has the loli tag), posts still show up with the loli tag.
