Feature Request- Deleting or overwriting erroneous cross sections

The Problem

We found some data issues with one of our cross sections-- two lines had been assigned the same river mile and ID number, which created a jagged composite of the two. We found the problem and want to delete the cross section and reimport just that cross section. Right now there is no way to remove a cross section or over-write a cross section with new data.

New feature request:
Allow newly imported data to write over existing data OR allow the user to remove a cross section from a survey so that it can be re-imported.
