Datum Specification In Cross Section Viewer

Request that 'Datums' may be specified by individual survey within the Cross Section Viewer. Several surveys for the same River Reach were done in '27/29 Datum' and several in '83/88' Datum.

I like this idea. Perhaps to reduce disruption we could continue to have a "default datum" associated with each database, but then allow each individual survey to override this default if it uses a different datum.

@GeneSpangrude not that there is a vertical shift tool within the software that permanently adjusts all the data for a particular survey up and down. It uses inflection points but it would be easy to specify one upstream and downstream of all the cross sections with a constant value to perform a linear shift.
