Regenerate Topo Visit Metric XML Definition Files #49

The metric BfWMxDRat_Avg (145) does not appear in the QA visit level metric XML. Therefore need to regenerate the XML file for this metric to appear.

Also SCSm_Area was updated, also requiring topo visit metrics to be regenerated.
