Garbled Serial Port Output on Board Boot #2

When resetting the boards, there's some garbled mess that comes through on the serial port before the expected logging starts. Most likely this is something from the bootloader which runs on a diffrent baud rate to the main code (which runs at 115200).

Looks like it's the fault of the bootloader's fixed baud rate, which uses a weird rate of 74880
