A report from facebook, I duplicate it here, so I don't forget:

Mizio Ang wrote on Facebook:

When i make a patch, or more likely when opening a patch that worked before, some modules stop sending any signal, output is 0 (black light on the cables), sometimes i've been able to re-animate the jammed modules by duplicating it(??), or trough restarting VCV, other times only thing that works is to replace with a "fresh module"(called from the menu) and make the connections once again.
this happened to me with:

Audible instruments Macro Oscillator 2
Squinky Lfn Random voltages
Fundamental delay
mschack mixer
Bogaudio mixer
Autinn Flora

and some others i can't remember right now; I think is a VCV related issue, but i am no expert in programming
I am on win 7, my system is above specs, never had some sort of performance issue
I have tried everything i could think of from switchind to my 2nd motherboard integrated audio card to installing visual c++ upgrades(altough everything worked fine about two months ago, but i may be wrong on that, cause i'm using VCV more in depth now...)
The uploaded patch seems to be saved with "problems", autin-delay-mixer seems to stop randomly, every time you open the file, verified on another win 7 system that normally works great.

This might be an issue with Rack, if that is the case I suspect it might have to do with detecting if output cable is active.
Anyway, in version 0.6.8 of Autinn I have put in some extra protection against zero output, just in case the error is in the non finite remedy mechanism.
