NON limiter link treshold and output gain suggestion option

Hi! I really like all of your modules. :-) So here is my suggestion - could you add a link option between threshold and output gain so we can get actually the first maximizer in VCV Rack? would be so handy

I might have to do a mono version for that. I cannot scale the stereo up to certain threshold due to the way they are summed before dB detection.
