update server bug

following updates failed cannot get the version from update server.
Using win 11 home and bitdefender antivirus however NMM is allowed through firewall and steam, i was trying to install skyrim SE however mods are not installing correctly the "enable mod" is instant-no loading installation files takes place, thats how i knew something was wrong.

using win 11 home, Steam & NMM everything is run as administrator.
