Can't Download Anything Through Nexus or Local Files

Describe the bug
Ever since las night I haven't been able to download ANY mods at all for any game, not through nexus or local files. Every time I try to download a mod I'm given the error message that 'Nexus Mod Manager has encountered an error and needs to close'. Furthermore, in the Download Manager instead of displaying the mod name it just displays the url the mod came from and it just keeps downloading infinitely which stops NMM from closing, if I cancel the download the same error message displays then NMM closes. The Tracelogs of each crash look different but display the same "The property 'QueuedModsToAdd' could not be created from it's default value. Error message: There is an error in XML document (2, 7)" message. Just incase the two tracelogs are different I will include both. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling, restarting my computer, deleting the cache, running as administrator, removing all mods and yet nothing seems to work.
