Bot crashes with error Out of range value for column 'count_month' at row 3 #888

1) What did you do?

The error occurred seemingly without external cause, although we did have to change around some DNS records a few days prior, but that is most likely just a coincidence.

2) What result did you get?

The bot crashes after a few minutes of it being started with the error log ERROR Error : [22003]: SQLSTATE[22003]: Numeric value out of range: 1264 Out of range value for column 'count_month' at row 3 (See pastebin attached).

After making a full backup of the database, we tried zeroing the entire count_month column with no success, as the bot seemingly repopulated the values; then as a last resort we tried truncating the entire stats_user table with no luck, as the bot seemingly repopulated the values again.

3) What result did you expect?

*¹ Ranksystem Log - HOW-TO

  • Change the Log-Level to 6 - Debug (-> Webinterface -> Other -> Log-Level).
  • Change the default language to EN english (-> Webinterface -> Other -> Language).
  • Restart the Ranksystem Bot and let it run for at least 10 minutes (-> Webinterface -> Start / Stop bot -> Restart bot).
  • Add a Ranksystem-Log extract which contains all since the last restart (-> Webinterface -> Start / Stop bot -> at bottom).
  • Please use https://pastebin.com/ for sharing the log.
