  • /Matlab_controller - Matlab code for adaptive inverse neurocontroller
  • /data - Original, perturbed, probing and repair datasets obtained from NEURON spiking network model and converted to .mat .
  • /NEURON_stim - NEURON code to simulate lesion and neurostimulation in spiking network model (requires network model available here: http://modeldb.yale.edu/183014)
