Thanks a lot. Sorry for the misunderstanding, I meant that we had no issue before when we were using NS3 file from our blackrock recording. |
Hah... That is certainly a non-standard way of getting the data into that format, so no wonder we haven't seen it before What software ran the Medtronic -> CED conversion?

You can either use the import function in spike 2 to import format like edf and create a new smrx file or you can use Spike2 MATLAB SON Interface (for conversion from TDT to spike2 for example) |

error "List index out of range". The file is smrx not smr

It works fine on Blackrock file.
