How can we make the citations of the tools we make available more obvious?

Feedback from @mrikasper:

  • automatic citation list of the tools used?
  • tracking of which tools are used withtin neurodesk?

Maybe it's possible to create a "citation boilerplate" prominently on the Desktop (could be a CiteMe.md or BibTex file) that could provide DOIs to all papers related to tools currently in use (downloaded?) within NeuroDesk.

The deluxe variant would be to also have pre-defined snippets for Methods sections of papers prepared. Here is what we suggest to users of PhysIO in the README/FAQ:
