Additional checks in Upload.py: author names

Authors mentioned in the __author__ field of __init__.py must be same as the metadata's author field. Note that the __author__ field may have short form of the names (like Z. Wang or Z Wang instead of Zijun Wang) or have non-accented letters for their accented counterparts (e.g. e in place of é)
