Hi,
I'm a noob in GitHub and miners world. I'm trying to onboard my Nebra Outdoor Gen1 hotspot miner with the Helium app.
I'm getting the following message:
Image1.jpg
I've asked Nebra support and they say I have the latest firmware version but, as you can see in the image, the naming convention is totally different (and maybe this is the reason the Helium app does not recognize my firmware). They also say there's no older firmware version they can provide me.
Would someone help me please?
I'd like to try downloading the firmware from this page, but I have no clue on how to do it.
When I updated the firmware following Nebra instructions, I downloaded a .zip file that contained a .iso file. Then I used the Balena Etcher program to flash it into an SD card.
Thanks in advance.
