Cake and Plot Protection

Found a bug where you can eat cake placed in other folks plot protection, gain food from it, but the cake does not disappear. So basically if there is decorative cake placed by an enemy in their nation, you can come along, refill your food bar for free, and the cake stays unmolested because of plot protection. I know this is only a little bug, but figured it would be worth it to report everything I find.
