Look at how ugly those scrollbars are. In Google Chrome the scrollbar will always be visible, look like windows 98 (but not in the sexy way I'm going for), and will JUST APPEAR EVEN WHEN I SPECIFY THEY SHOULDN'T IN THE CSS. I wanna try and use a library like this to just unify it's appearance between all browsers (not including mobile? I think it's invisible on mobile so I'll just keep it that way or investigate further idk).
Expected behavior
The scrollbar should be perfect and beautiful like on Firefox but EVERYWHERE
