Add accounting for virtual hop fees

PR #97 added the possibility to charge fees for receiving payments. The collected fees are currently not stored anywhere. What's visible is that the offchain channel balances of the lnd nodes go up with a slightly higher amount than what's in the invoices.

This issue is about persisting the collected fee along with the settled invoice information in the database.
