Fix self-payments with lnmux #34

Check what the behavior of lnd + multiplexer is for self-payments. There are three scenarios to be tested:

Single lnd node, no channels -> This is surely not going to work, because local htlcs aren't intercepted.
Single lnd, external channels -> Expected behavior is to loop out and in through external channels, followed by interception by lnmux,
Two lnds, internal channel -> Expected behavior is for the sending node to route through the other node, followed by interception by lnmux.

Looks like the expectation for two lnds w/ internal channel isn't correct. The route hints seems to take precedence and send lnd in an endless loop.

Issue: lightningnetwork/lnd#6169

Single lnd with ext. channel is likely not going to work either for the same reason.
