Ability to subscribe to plot updates/changes

Complaints and land use updates have been submitted for the building that my business rents, and I haven't known about those things until they actually impact my business. I'd like to be notified when there are updates to the plot that the building my business rents. Those could be complaints, ownership changes, zoning type changes, etc.

I've built a (very basic) complaints email alert system here: https://github.com/jlevers/nyc-building-complaint-notifications. But it's not the greatest and isn't set up with access to any plot data other than complaints. Not sure if this is a sensible thing to build into ZoLa, but just throwing it out there in case it's something you guys are interested in integrating.
