All source layers SQL should include ids

In order for some features of mapbox-composer to work, we need to always provide an id for each "meaningful" feature. This means that a park could be separate features, but if we understand that park to be the union of all those things, we need to specify the right column for that. We just need some identifying column for that stuff.
