feedback from Damon and Natasha:

  • might be nice to have the (tentative) Timeline as the first section
  • the list goals in the Survey section might be better numbered rather than bulleted, I feel like - people end up wanting to reference those types of things as like "goal 1"
  • the two sentences in the Methods have some grammar typos
  • might be helpful to add more details to the methods, i.e. "We plan to conduct virtual interviews that will take place over Teams, where we have participants run through tasks using CPE, while sharing their screens.", And something about research synthesis. For example, are you planning to do affinity mapping of insights, scoring, etc.?

notes after meeting with Max and Sally:

  • stable url from AE might be out by this Friday
  • the launch will be available to about ~100 participants (mostly from the city)
  • Capital Planning will do an email release to notify people of the launch

next steps:

  • i will looking into what's a good range for how many participants we would like for usability testing
  • finalizing time commitment estimates for participants
  • start structure to set up the survey
  • Max will follow up with survey software and general structure for the usability interview

notes after meeting with Tyler and Natasha:

  • Tyler will get me access to alchemer for the survey
  • Survey pop-up should take 1-2 days to build and deliver
  • Thinking about interviewer structure -> about two interviewers (driver and observer), one from capital planning/planning support and design (potentially ae as well)
  • developing usability interview training materials like a script

next steps:

  • create survey in alchemer and send draft over to Max and Sally for review
  • update user feedback outline
  • create user interview material

Note

The next steps tasks are broken down into more details in the sub-issues portion
