  • As a user who has signed up for updates
  • I want to unsubscribe from citywide projects, or from the community districts I selected
  • So that I no longer receive notifications I am not interested in

How might we inform users they have unsubscribed from certain CDs?

An email notifying users they have unsubscribed from the CDs they have chosen to unsubscribe from.

Tasks a user would complete:

  1. access a zap email in their inbox
  2. scroll to the bottom of email to see unsubscribe button
  3. opens a link to the unsubscription page
  4. confirm that they want to unsubscribe from all emails
  5. get a confirmation email of their unsubscribed status as well as a button to subscribe again if they wish
