Description

Once we remove enums from the api database, we will no longer require drizzle kit to introspect for enums. The pg_dump step will accomplish this.

Acceptance criteria

Remove drizzle kit, its output files, and step 0

Related tickets

Depends on all other child tickets of #62 being completed first
