Execution rails example?

I am unable to find an example of "Execution rails". Would very much like to know more about it.

My use case:

I have an Agentic system where Agents have tools. These tools can make API calls, fetch from db etc.

1. I have noticed that sometimes the LLM response from these tools is incorrect. i.e. the tool returns a certain set of data, while LLM responds with a bit different data.
2. In some other cases, the agent uses one tool and if it does not get answers, it returns "not found" to user. I would like the agent to use another tool and so on, until the answer comes. In my case, the agent can always get an answer (since one of the tool is internet search).

Can these cases be solved by Execution Rails or some other?
