PxCreateBasePhysics removed but still referenced in documentation #307

Library and Version

PhysX v5.4.1

This function was removed in version 5.2. The sections of the documentation still referencing it are https://nvidia-omniverse.github.io/PhysX/physx/5.4.1/docs/Startup.html?highlight=PxCreateBasePhysics#optional-sdk-components and https://nvidia-omniverse.github.io/PhysX/physx/5.4.1/docs/Geometry.html?highlight=PxCreateBasePhysics#heightfields-registration
