After setup cui is showing Diffferent setup

When i downloaded the zip image file from this

and after the setup there is small problem where i had to Unminimize but it's getting failure

But in my sd card there is more space and also it's shoeing that the disk has less space

But from the disk manager i am getting space of 35 gb availaible
