Expand form auto generation to support more advanced UIs like MovieMaker

In the Moviemaker, we are asking Persistent to dynamically auto-generate a web component form using a json schema to both control which elements to expose and to validate the input (AJV json schema validation). We would like to build on that implementation to support other dynamically generated forms in Net.Science.
