Downloading large file fails without any notification/action

When trying to download large file (>1GB) nothing happens. Download does not start and there is no notification.

Firefox 110 on Linux.

These actually do work, but the browser doesn’t show them until the download completed.. I just downloaded your va_activity_location-assignment_ver_1_9_instance_2.csv. You can see the download proceeding in the browser dev tools, but for some reason it doesn’t show the in-progress download until it completes. Maybe the browser does it that way when the download doesn’t have a size header (because we’re doing chunked streaming). I will see if I can make it behave better.
