Remove landbosse models?

The landbosse model in SAM has not had funding for a few years, and it is currently out of date with the latest version of landbosse. We will investigate over this coming year and either try to get funding to update it, or pull it entirely.

We've been contacted via the SAM support mailbox about a UI callback error relating to LandBOSSE:
