The REopt API is now using REopt.jl v0.47.1 with several fixes and updates, including:

• Fix for a CHP default bug
• Add third party factor to PV O&M results calculation
• Error when non standard value for "units" field in "energyratestructure" of URDB response
• Align default tax rates
• Updated Process Heat load structure
• Enforce waste heat tracking
