Energy Calculation Display in Equipment Bug

For electricity, it's showing up in just MMBtu if that's the facility unit. When a user goes back to the facility and uncheck/checks the electricity utility it then shows up. Probably has something to do with how the energy use is being calculated.

Can't reproduce at this time. May have been on an older version of the application. I do think that the system inventory form still needs some cleaning up with regards to utility type, sizes etc. Some of it doesn't really make sense. Keeping this issue but moving back to backlog
