From Andreanna review/demo, theres still some obvious confusion around NEBs that are assigned to an opportunity vs to the entire assessment. The "NEBs" tab makes a user think that is where they should be entered for both.

One suggestion is to make it possible to add NEBs on this tab and assign them to an opportunity.
