CustomFinancialModel Recursion Error

Had a recursion error when using Debug mode because om_total_expense property. The error no longer happened when the property was commented out. https://github.com/NREL/HOPP/blob/dev/refactor/hopp/simulation/technologies/financial/custom_financial_model.py#L396

How to reproduce

Error occurs when you simulate financials.
