There are some long teaching sections in the numpy chapter. It would help to split these up with some exercises.

How about an exercise after loading data/before slicing data
Another after slicing data
Another after after the f strings section

I think the first two slicing exercises could be moved to just after slicing is covered. But an extra exercise to load and explore some data before slicing is needed. So is one to cover f strings.

moved slicing exercise to earlier on in commit 8d8061d.
