Not needed for 4.5.11.1 but nice to have for the spring version.

As I load CatFIM 4.5.11.1 tables into HV, there are a few inconsistencies on key columns between the 4 files (flow, stage) / (sites and library).

Do not have a field called FID. We will let HV add the primary keys (OID)
all field named just "huc" should be "huc8"
Drop the field called "viz"
Ensure there is an unnamed index columns (id.. index=True), when writing out the csv's.
