During spot testing of the output for fim 4.5.2.11 stage_based_catfim_library.csv, two sites displayed interesting results that are worth investigating.

The site did not show stage catfim for 4.0.0.0 but now does for 4.5.2.11
All of the features for that ahps_lid are all exactly the same size (action, minor, moderate, major). See if there are any interval layers but are likely the same size. If there are no interval layers, that is a different issue (and bug)
The features for it are huge and are they even in the right location? Is this some sort of "record" stage data?

split inundation areas? huh? Maybe it is right but I doubt it. The image below shows layers related to jrsu1 and each layer has two split polys (one north, one south).
