Tagging

Of the resources that are not part of the TF IaC, what tags exist?
I downloaded a CSV from the AWS tag editor which are a subset of the total resources to investigate.
There are many that are sparsely tagged.
I would like to finish tagging all HydroVIS VPP resources #963 and redeploy before continuing investigation as I believe that should take care of identifying some resources that actually are part of the IaC
