Is this fork synced with the internal JCSDA saber too? #1

From the home page of this emc saber, it seems it is forked from the public JCSDA saber.
However, I found many stuff in this emc saber are existing in the JCSDA internal saber while missing in the public JCSA saber.
Like the directory :saber/src/saber/gsi.
Of course, A EMC saber synced with the JCSDA internal saber containing the latest developments would be of much help for any related work on it. Just want to make sure what the status is for the relations among EMC saber , JCSDA public saber and JCSDA internal saber.
Do I misunderstand anything?
Any clarifications/information are appreciated.
