Add the capability of creating CSP clusters from JSON file

What new functionality do you need?

Creating cluster on CSPs can be tedious, and have quite few steps to follow.
We want to work with ParallelWorks to allow users creating clusters from a JSON file based on the /bucket, /lustre filesystems have already defined.

What are the requirements for the new functionality?

To make easier for users to create clusters from JSON files.

Acceptance Criteria

• A way to save the JSON files
• Creating cluster successfully on CSPs.

Suggest a solution (optional)

There are two approaches to go:

1. Copy and paste an existing JSON file
2. Use python scripts and JSON file
