narre: Address Bugzilla 1547 - MPMD processes share the same working directory

From NCO's Bugzilla 1547

Multiple jobs use shared working directory for MPMD. Please modify the scripts to have isolated working directory for each process.

In the case of extreme IO, please work with NCO/GDIT for the best approach.

• plots/narre/jevs_narre_past31days_plots.sh
• plots/narre/jevs_narre_past90days_plots.sh
• stats/narre/jevs_narre_stats.sh

Mallory, For the current version of narre stat job, all of the sub-jobs already have their own working directories. The only missing is, there is no directory like atmo.$VDATE under $DATA to collect all of the stat files. So the only modification is just adding atmos.$VDATE under $DATA to store all stat files? If the current narre stats is compliant with the Bugzilla, there is no further modifications needed for it. You do not need to change it to look like anything I showed yesterday. That was just an example of how I was modifying global_det atmos to be compliant to serve as inspiration.
