Description

aqm_config.sh script need to be made specific to Hera.

Solution

Create aqm_hera_config.sh.

Acceptance Criteria (Definition of Done)

The script is created and works on Hera.

PRIOTIRY LEVEL

Critical: emergency fix for a major issue
High: upcoming production fix/change
Normal: important but not high priority
Low: routine addition or bonus feature that can wait
