Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
The download_config.json can be used to upload scores/annotations to slidescore.

However, if data is on the HPC without downloading from slidescore, we don't have the file with ID matching.

Describe the solution you'd like
A CLI command to download the url, study id, and filename-id mapping

Describe alternatives you've considered
Downloading again, thus duplicating the slides on HPC.
