ctsm-fates users: ctsm5.1.dev120 requires an esmf update

For those fates users that work with ctsm on their own machines (i.e. not a supported machine), please note that with the latest externals update for ctsm5.1.dev120, you will need to update to ESMF 8.4.0.

Specifically, the external update to cime6.0.100 brought in the version update via cime6.0.93.

For lobata workstation users, an update will be forthcoming later this week and should be available by next Monday April 17.
