Introduce 'all' flag so that instances are not filtered out

It may be the case, that it is not possible / maintainable to list all apps/ extensions etc. explicitly.
To not get filtered out be a user query, a special keyword could be used, e.g., 'all', which would mean that the instance is not filtered out regardless what the user specifies.
This could be a ok for instances that allow user specific software or support researchers with there wishes.
