Hey Ben, Great work on this. Is there a description of the API anywhere? I think it was on the site, but I can't find it now.

This call used to return a newick http://www.phylocommons.org/query/?prune=false&format=newick&taxa=Rodentia&filter=&tree_id=bininda-emonds_mammals but now just resolves to the html site.

Thanks for reminding me - there's not an API description yet, but it's coming soon.

Also, the tree_id parameter has been changed to tree, so that URL will work if it's changed to tree=bininda-emonds_mammals.
