Remove frivolous line breaks in datasets

At least some of the datasets contain line breaks in rows. At least all those I looked at had them in the citation string, and so at least those line breaks did not add any significant information to the data, but makes them much harder and more error-prone to deal with in line-oriented tools and programs.
