The citation collection and analysis scripts at present do not take advantage of the fully curated combined dataset (because they operate on the separated per-repository tables, which are based on an earlier, pre-curation version of the combined dataset). Steps need to be determined to change this to use the curated and combined dataset.

Both @bendmorris and @lsheble to look at this.

Two scripts (all_datasets.py and get_refs.py) are updated. Others not.
