• Pilot amendment approved!
• Main current amendment (pending approval): parent self-reports, Lilly+Luc, prioritizing 11-13 age range, adding DERSP/FPEP/TEXIP, added child volunteers
• Main next amendment: adding RCADS/DSMXC

Follow-ups from meeting with CAPP:

• Outcome of GB/JP testing of Zoom Telehealth and Calendly?
• Need to develop consent script with CAPP?
• THRIVE added to CCF Recruitment System in REDCap?
• Schedule training session with assessors to connect them to Calendly

Zoom:

• NDCLab team should have access to ndclaba and ndclabc
• Do we want AG/KH to set up Telehealth account in case they need to run consent? --> get OS & AG set up
• LL: where do requests go? fee info? how to follow-up? admin to approve connection to Calendly?

Questionnaires:

• RCADS and DSMXC are done, going in to next amendment (main study) (awaiting GB/JP decision on whether we will include parent reports) --> need to add RCADS parent (en and esla), replacing CDI2 c&p
• VIA, MASI, and PDS(P) have been revised and uploaded (can be included in pilot)
• DEMO_D being updated to DEMO_E by LL with field embeddings (no content change) for deploy with main study --> LL/JA look at selfnowA for adding embeddings
• AG updated REDCap and survey queue? Date? 4/11 for all except PDS on 4/12
• rainy day project: update surveys to have instructions inside surveys
• CBCL awaiting scoring from JP --> hold off on this for now
• LSAS: still need clinician REDCap? Any other questionnaires need a clinician version inside REDCap? --> AG to check on this with Yasmin
• Final checks for scoring of all THRIVE instruments still to come – LL project, bring in RAs
• Reminder from JA about plan for identityA questionnaire: FAQ to the protocol for “What is your current gender identity” question; provide "non-binary" and its definition, as one example, if children ask about what "Another gender" means:

A non-binary person is someone who does not identify as exclusively a boy or a girl. Someone who is non-binary might feel like a mix of genders, or like they have no gender at all.

Consent:

• Need to confirm plan for witness signature --> AG to test
• Confirm system in place to give copy of consent to both parent and child (required) --> send both to parent email, mention that child is included; note added to consent protocol

Flanker:

• KH: readme update and merge? --> KH to complete today

Orders:

• Were grey magnetic cases dropped off to Tasha for return?
• Carts need to be picked up from mailroom
