Species Lists - All birds known from park error #71

When user selects "All birds known from the park" an error is returned: "Error: An error has occurred. Check your logs or contact the app author for clarification."

Likely somehow related to trying to hit NPSpecies and return full list of birds for park.

Still not working and I'd prefer to turn this off for NETN. We can put in logic to toggle per network if folks want this. Thoughts?

If it is not working we should probably just turn it off for everyone. It might be best to just keep the visualizers focused on I&M data for now. It is nice to be able to bring in outside info, but it adds upkeep.
